i'm in krakow now and i have pretty much made up my mind to move here, at least temporarily. you would fucking love it. did you come here? next time - you me and m. (ok, and mariuz) have to HAVE to come...i fucking love it and feel absolutely justified telling people all these years that it is my fave city in the world. the guy we're staying with has an incredible loft-like apartment that he pays $300

US a month (utilities included) for - he's hooked up with a hot polish girl within 2 weeks (mind you he looks like a skinny boy model himself) and they are totally styling. you walk everywhere, and there's a brill market with fresh cheese/cream/eggs/veg...wonderful.

the old architecture is amazing and the new clubs are wicked - chillout type lounges, great interiors, etc. the music is great and i'm totally bringing back polish hip=hop. really - you would love it. it's totally you + m.

the university has english programs and the most widely known language training program. i'm going to go tomorrow probably and check stuff out, get some info, etc.

visited the poster shops and stocked up...but only a couple for myself.

the only thing that sucks is the bank machine limitations - im having issues getting cash out/ certain amounts a day, etc. no balance info. it scares me!!! i'll probably put tonight's meal on my credit card and ask everyone to give me cash.but then again, i don't know where i'm at with my credit card balance, either!! of course i'm a

putz and don't have it set up onlinebut i'll see what i can do at this good internet cafe.

anyhoo, that's the story from krakow for now. will go back to warsaw

probably thursday night-ish to do some more shit in warsaw, but totally knew that once i was here it would be hard to tear myself away.
