so i had my appointment with fred and i told him just about everything regarding my anxieties and "icky-poo" feelings. i didn't hurt his feelings, however, which is probably what i needed to do, or should have done. i mean, i told him that maybe MAYBE i was rejecting him as a fake father...

uh-oh, i'm being told that the building is closing in 5 big ol' minutes, so this will have to wait until another time.
