update: the normal life of one k., aka sorethroat.

* i have actually accomplished the impossible. i have spoken up, batted my weary eyelids n' lashes, and have asked for an extension. for those of you who went through university either prepared, organized, or in the least bit assertive, i'm sure this is a *pbbbblllpt* point for you. but for me! such big deal. and guess what? i have an appointment to do it again tomorrow, with another prof! the one who shall turn me to stone when i peer upon her blue-rimmed ocular orbs. i fear a fate similar to medusa's victims, yet blue in hue.

* i met with my holocaust professor, who i believed to be such a nice nice man, basing this judgement on his presence and form in lectures. you know what? i am a GREAT judge of character. he is an excellent man. if morgan freeman were of french canadian descent, and jewish, he could play my professor in a movie. what a great guy. and despite my incoherent ramblings, he said he thought my essay sounded good.

* i give my serial killer seminar on friday. ulp.

* and of COURSE OF COURSE OF COURSE. i had an essay due last night. monday. and i'm writing it now. tuesday night. i will never, ever, never learn.

* outside of school concerns, i took a bath this morning instead of a shower. every time i take a bath, i'm inclined to think of her, albeit in a completely non-sexual manner. sorry, babes. next time.
